General Manager
Responsibility:
Responsible for the smooth running of the home and strategic planning.
Introduction:
My name is Anna and I am the General Manager at Cherry Tree Care Home. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2007 and have had a varied career both working in the NHS and overseas.
I am passionate about delivering high standards of care. We cherish our residents and ensure they live life to the full, by providing a wide range of activities. My favourite part of the day is chatting with residents over a cup of tea and biscuits.
Agnieszka Melgies
Deputy Manager
Responsibility:
Responsible for administrative tasks, strategy implementation, and day-to-day operations.
Introduction:
With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, I use my clinical expertise to support my team in delivering exceptional care. After graduating, I worked in the NHS in London and Northampton before transitioning to the care home sector, where I’ve been for five years.
As Deputy Manager, I am dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and support to residents, families, and staff.

Advisor to prospective new residents and their families.
