Care Built Around You

At Cherry Tree, we take a personalised approach to care, ensuring that you and your loved one are always at the centre of everything we do. Our committed team invests time in getting to know each resident, crafting individual care and lifestyle plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.

We develop a personalised profile for each resident, capturing important details about their life, such as hobbies, family connections, career history, daily routines, preferred holidays, and favourite meals. This allows us to offer care that is not only tailored to their needs but also honours their individuality and life story.

The Resident Experience Team

Our dedicated and compassionate team arranges a wide variety of engaging activities, events, and outings, all thoughtfully customised to suit your loved one’s unique interests, preferences, and abilities. We understand that not everyone enjoys group settings, so we also offer personalised, one-on-one time for those who prefer quieter, more intimate moments.

Our aim is to provide a balanced approach, offering both social interaction and peaceful solitude, ensuring your loved one feels comfortable, valued, and fully supported in a way that best suits them.

Fostering Independence

We believe that staying active and engaged is key to an older person’s happiness and wellbeing. That’s why we encourage independence in every aspect of daily life, whether it’s making their own drinks, helping with chores, or taking on new roles, like leading a hobby group or assisting staff with small tasks.

We also support residents in staying connected to their community, whether it’s attending local services or participating in social activities outside the home. By embracing positive risk-taking, we help create opportunities for choice and personal growth.
